Wayne Wilson belongs to the Eagle clan. He is mainly self-taught, and has been carving since 1970. Wayne's training has included a 14-week program taught by Haida carver Gordon Cross, which he took with fellow Haida artist Nelson Cross. Wayne has also worked with Haida carver Rufus Moody.
