Pat Wesley has been carving since 1978. He has worked with Garner Moody, Ding Hutchingson, Bill Bellis, and Tim Boyko. In 1980, he took a silver-smithing course. From 1985 to 1986, Pat worked with acclaimed Haida artist Bill Reid on the cedar canoe Lootaas, which was built for Expo ’86 in Vancouver, BC. Pat also demonstrated argillite carving at Expo ’86. Some of his previous limited edition prints include Whale, Frog, Wolf, Kingfisher, and Hummingbird. Other works include Raven Moon and Totem, which depicts the Eagle, Bear, and Frog. Pat works in wood, silver, gold, ivory, argillite, and acrylic on canvas.
