"Encased within a stone shell exterior, the shadow lies in the crevices. Hardened and contorted by experiences of the past. The granite facade masks memories, pain, traumas, and wounds locked in the body. Fragmenting the spirit and leaving the mind and body in a state of dis-ease. Devoid of feeling. These voids grow hungry.  Temporary relief or amnesia in the form of vices or distractions fill these voids, but do not heal them.

Healing and learning can be found in the element of water. The regenerative, flowing and healing energy of water can carve away the seemingly solid immovable nature of rock. Water brings to the surface experiences of the past and cleanses the spirit.  True strength exists within water. Water is powerful, resilient, versatile, patient and steady. It carries the weight of the ocean and the lightness of mountain mist.
