Francis Pollard's crests are Dogfish and Eagle. He has been based on Haida Gwaii for most of his life, and his lineage can be traced to the K'oona Kiiguwaay of Tanu. Francis began learning about Haida art and design at a young age, and learned to carve wood and argillite with his brother, Glen Pollard.
