While Andy began drawing at a young age, it was not until 1990 that he began designing and painting Northwest Coast art at a serious level, due to his involvement in potlatch dancing. Andy has completed a Master's degree in Anthropology and also founded 'Copper Canoe, Inc', a company that produces aboriginal language CD-Roms. Andy mainly produces limited edition prints and giclees, but he is always looking for exciting and unusual projects to undertake.
